1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Synthetix Architecture FZ-LLC (“Synthetix”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our website is synthetixarchitecture.com.

We are the data controller for personal data we process about you. Questions: contact@synthetixarchitecture.com.

2. Data we collect and why

Contact form submissions

Name, email, company, project description and budget range — collected when you complete our contact form. Used to respond to your enquiry and assess project fit.

Analytics data

Page views, referrers, device type and country-level location via Vercel Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Client project data

Data needed to deliver contracted services — repositories, credentials, communications — processed under our engagement contract.

AI chat interactions

Messages you send to our AI assistant are processed via the Anthropic API to generate replies. We do not store chat histories on our servers.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable to EU/UK users, the GDPR. Our bases are: your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business — balanced against your rights.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors needed to operate our services:

5. Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for 2 years or until the relationship ends. Client project data is retained for the engagement plus the period required by UAE commercial record-keeping law. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may:
